MELTING SHOP: POURING METALLURGY

We have coreless induction furnaces of Megatherm having furnace capacity 0.5 MT, 1MT & 2 MT.

PATTERN SHOP: TRACING COMPLEX CONTOURS

We have in house pattern shop for making patterns and also an inspection room for pattern inspections.

MOULDING SHOP: SHAPING THE GEOMETRY

We have installed fully Automatic Sand Plant in our works that is sufficient to run the 6 nos. of Moulding machine at a time along with:

• Intensive Sand Mixture with the capacity of 500kgs batch.
• Moulding Machines Arpa 300 (2 moulding line, 2-pairs of machine)
• Ladle pre-heating facility.
